Join a company committed to supporting your growth and helping you advance your career.Position SummaryThe Global Benefits Manager leads the strategy, governance, and administration of global benefits programs—including health and welfare plans, retirement programs, workers’ compensation, and leave management. This role ensures compliance across jurisdictions, manages vendor relationships, drives cost discipline, and delivers a competitive total rewards experience. The position partners closely with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and regional HR teams to ensure operational excellence and risk mitigation.Key Responsibilities1. Global Benefits StrategyDesign and optimize global health, welfare, retirement, disability, and ancillary programsBenchmark plans and recommend enhancements aligned with financial and talent goalsDevelop a multi‑year benefits roadmap2. Workers’ Compensation & LeaveOversee workers’ compensation administration, claims, and vendor performanceMonitor trends and implement risk‑reduction strategiesManage global leave programs (FMLA, statutory leaves, disability, parental leave)Ensure consistent, compliant leave practices3. Compliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, GDPR (as applicable), and global regulationsManage filings, audits, reporting, and plan documentationMonitor legislative changes and advise leadership4. Vendor & Broker ManagementServe as primary liaison with brokers, insurers, and TPAsLead RFPs, negotiate contracts, and manage SLAsConduct regular vendor performance reviews5. Open Enrollment & Employee ExperienceLead global open enrollment strategy and executionDevelop communication materials and decision‑support toolsEnsure system integration across HRIS, payroll, and benefits platformsDrive employee education and benefits awareness6. Financial ManagementLead benefits budgeting, forecasting, and cost modelingAnalyze claims, utilization, and premium trendsPrepare executive‑level reporting and dashboards7. Wellness ProgramsDesign and implement wellness and preventive‑care initiativesPromote safety and wellbeing; measure engagement and ROIQualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related fieldCEBS, CBP, SHRM‑SCP, or similar certification preferred8–12+ years of progressive benefits or total rewards experienceExperience with global or multi‑state programsStrong background in workers’ compensation and leave managementExperience in PE‑backed or high‑growth environments preferredKnowledge & SkillsBenefits design, compensation structures, labor regulationsEmployment law and regulatory complianceBudgeting, vendor oversight, and resource allocationFinancial analysis and cost modelingWork EnvironmentOffice‑based role requiring sustained attention and computer workStandard M–F schedule with additional hours during peak periodsUp to 10% travelSuccess MeasuresBenefits cost trends aligned with budget and market benchmarksReduced workers’ compensation and leave‑related riskZero material compliance issues and strong audit outcomesIncreased employee engagement with benefits programs
