Join us and become part of a company that values your contributions and is committed to helping you succeed—every step of the way.About The RoleThe Senior Global Benefits Specialist is responsible for the strategic design, governance, and administration of the organization’s global benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, retirement programs, workers’ compensation, and leave of absence management. This role ensures regulatory compliance across jurisdictions, drives cost discipline aligned to financial objectives, and delivers a competitive, market-aligned total rewards experience that supports attraction, retention, and workforce engagement. The position serves as the primary liaison with benefits brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators, while partnering closely with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and regional HR leaders to ensure operational excellence and risk mitigation.Your ResponsibilitiesGlobal Benefits Strategy & DesignLead the design and ongoing optimization of global health, welfare, retirement, disability, and ancillary benefit programs Benchmark plans against market data and provide cost/competitiveness analysis Recommend plan design enhancements aligned to financial targets and talent strategy Develop multi-year benefits roadmap tied to organizational priorities Workers’ Compensation & Leave ManagementOversee workers’ compensation program administration, claims governance, and vendor performance Monitor claim trends and implement risk mitigation strategies Manage global leave programs (FMLA, statutory leaves, disability, parental leave, etc.) Ensure compliant and consistent leave administration across regions Partner with HSEQ and Legal on risk reduction and employee case management Compliance & Risk GovernanceEnsure compliance with applicable local, state, federal, and international regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, GDPR where applicable) Manage required regulatory filings, audits, and reporting Oversee plan documentation and governance controls Monitor legislative changes and advise leadership on risk exposure Vendor & Broker ManagementServe as primary liaison with benefits brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators Lead RFP processes and vendor selection Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements Conduct quarterly vendor performance reviews Open Enrollment & Employee ExperienceLead global open enrollment strategy and execution Develop communication materials and decision-support tools Ensure seamless integration between HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems Oversee employee education campaigns and benefits awareness initiatives Financial Stewardship & ReportingManage benefits budget forecasting and cost modeling Analyze trends in utilization, claims, and premium spend Prepare executive-level reporting dashboards Partner with Finance on accruals and financial planning Wellness & Preventive ProgramsDesign and implement wellness initiatives that reduce long-term cost exposure Promote safety, preventive care, and employee wellbeing Measure ROI and engagement effectiveness What You BringBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; certifications (CEBS, CBP, SHRM-SCP) preferred8–12+ years of progressive experience in benefits/total rewards, including global or multi-state programsStrong expertise in workers’ compensation and leave managementExperience in private equity-backed or high-growth environments preferredKnowledge of compensation, benefits design, labor laws, and regulatory complianceExperience with budgeting, resource allocation, vendor management, and cost modelingStrong English communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to communicate complex information clearlyStrong customer and stakeholder orientation with focus on service quality and deliveryExcellent active listening and reading comprehension skills for complex HR and business documentsStrong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagementStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with sound judgment and attention to detailAbility to analyze situations, evaluate alternatives, and develop effective solutions in a global contextAs an equal opportunity employer, Fuller Technologies embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
