We're currently building a global unicorn trading company, going through Series D scale-up phase and a German AI health tech company, with more on the horizon.We operate differently from traditional recruitment agencies.We embed deeply into our clients, act as strategic hiring partners, build AI-enabled recruitment systems, and help companies scale intelligently, not just throw CVs at problems. You will learn the Tech Source playbook and turn into a Principal Level Recruiter.We’re now looking for someone to work directly alongside our founder and senior executives to help scale delivery, sourcing, candidate operations, and AI-driven recruitment systems while we expand into new embedded partnerships across the world. We operate across multiple time zone so we don't care when you work, where you work, or even how you work just as long as we achieve out targets for our clients. This is part recruiter, part operator, part AI-builder.The RoleYou’ll support the day-to-day execution of embedded recruitment projects while also helping build the next generation of Tech Source’s internal AI tooling and sourcing infrastructure.This role is ideal for someone who:loves technology and startups,enjoys speaking with people,is obsessed with organisation and systems,and wants to learn how modern AI-enabled recruitment actually works.You’ll sit close to the commercial and strategic side of the business, helping free up the Founders and Senior Executives' time to focus on scaling new client relationships and higher-level talent strategy.ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent OperationsSource candidates across LinkedIn, GitHub, Loxo, Greenhouse and other platformsBuild and manage candidate pipelinesConduct first-stage candidate conversationsWrite candidate summaries and scorecardsCoordinate interviews and process logisticsKeep ATS and CRM systems organised and updatedHelp improve hiring workflows and candidate experienceHelp plan Events and position Tech Source as a market leader in talent.AI & Automation SupportHelp build AI sourcing workflows and recruitment automationsWork with tools like Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Notion, Gemini, Loxo and other AI systemsBuild prompts, workflows, templates and internal operating systemsExperiment with AI-driven candidate screening and pipeline managementHelp document and scale Tech Source’s internal playbooksWe're really happy with any AI experince, we just want to know if you've got creative and actually done something with it to help processes.Embedded Client SupportSupport live embedded accounts across fintech, healthtech and SaaSJoin hiring manager intake callsHelp align hiring processes and interview structuresAssist with reporting, hiring analytics and market mappingBecome highly knowledgeable about client teams and culturesWhat We’re Looking ForMust-HavesStrong communication skillsHighly organised and detail-orientedComfortable speaking to candidates professionallyCurious about AI and modern technologySelf-starter mentalityComfortable working remotely and autonomouslyStrong written EnglishHuge BonusesRecruitment or talent experienceExperience using AI tools dailyExperience with sourcing or outbound prospectingUnderstanding of startups or tech companiesExperience with Notion, Airtable, CRM systems or automation toolsTechnical curiosity (engineering/product/AI)What Success Looks LikeWithin 30 Days:Managing sourcing for active rolesRunning initial candidate screensMaintaining clean candidate pipelinesSupporting live client deliveryWithin 60 Days:Independently managing interview coordination and candidate communicationBuilding sourcing workflows and automationsContributing ideas to improve delivery systemsWithin 90 Days:Acting as a trusted operational partner to Senior ExecutivesRunning parts of embedded hiring processes independentlyHelping build scalable AI-enabled recruitment infrastructureWe're a fully remote fully trusting company who enjoy helping our clients but also the finer things in life.
