Application Sme LocationTitle- Application Sme Location- (NYC, north NJ or Clearwater, FL) Type - Hybrid (3 Days office) Client Domain Banking. This position will be primarily focused on Supporting Foreign Currency Trade flow front to back. Must understand the following:FX Spots, Forwards, Options, NDF's, Wires.FIX protocol and STP into accounting systems. (knowledge of API's, JSON, XML, CSV, helpful)CLS (Continuous linked settlement)Nostro Account basicsBasic SQL scripting and querying business dataA good understanding of Front to Back Core Banking Workflows (Savings, Deposit, Loans, and downstream apps) is a plus.Knowledge of Interest Rate Swaps flow is a plus.Able to support Hosted and Internal, Web and Desktop ApplicationsUnderstanding of installing, maintaining, and monitoring of client Server apps (Windows/Virtual machines). Very little Linux in this role.Troubleshooting log files and debug logsSolid understanding of network architecture and interacting with Infrastructure teamsGood interpersonal and communication skill to work with IT Partners and Business stakeholders to manage expectations, intake/resolve issues, requests, and changes through Service Now ticketing system.Good documentation skills to keep app support run books updated with relevant information.Follow ITLM best practices.Team focused, positive eager attitude and a willingness to jump in to assist wherever their skills can be leveraged.
