Salary: 31.23 - 33.83Job DescriptionJob Title:Site CoordinatorCompany Name:CreaTVSan JoseJob DetailsCreaTVSan Jose is seeking a talented Site Coordinator for a part-time position.This role serves as the hub of daily operations and guest experience, ensuring the facility runs smoothly while providing a welcoming, responsive, and organized point of support for visitors, members, and internal needs.Job FunctionThis role will report to theClient Services Managerwithinthe Facilities department and is an on-site role based in San Jose, CA.Job DescriptionThis Site Coordinator serves as the hub of daily operations and guest experience, ensuring the facility runs smoothly while providing a welcoming, responsive, and organized point of support for visitors, members, and internal needs.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and respond to general inquiries via email ina timelyand professional mannerTrack and manage facility usage requests, ensuringaccuratescheduling and communicationProvide excellent customer service andmaintainprofessional, welcoming interactions with clients, visitors, and community membersMaintain and update internal databases and records to ensure accuracy and completenessUtilize established templates to prepare contracts and related documentationPerform basic room setups for clients, including arranging tables, chairs, and other requested configurationsConduct facility tours for prospective clients and community members, highlighting available spaces and servicesMonitor and replenish consumable inventory, including office supplies, copy paper, paper towels, soap, and related itemsPerform routine inspections andmaintaincleanliness of shared spaces, including periodic cleaning and organization of the facility refrigeratorSupport general day-to-day operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and welcoming environmentAnd other duties as assigned.This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the Site Coordinator position and is not an exhaustive list of skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities, or working conditions associated with it. Duties and expectations may be subject to change.QualificationsAt least 2yearsstrong customer service experience.Dependable team member who consistently shows up on time and prepared to contribute.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Strong communicationand interpersonal abilities.Detail-oriented withtheability to manage multiple priorities and meetdeadlines.Other Requirements:Manual dexterity and coordinationrequiredtooperatesmall push buttons,keysand switches associated with electronic devices and computers.Ability tooperatevideo equipment duringproductionsand education courses.Proficiencyin database use, basic web maintenance, mac office software, spreadsheetprogramsand desktop publishing.Able toworka flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends.CompensationThis is a part-time, non-exempt (hourly) position.
