Lead React Developer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on React Lead with strong expertise in front-end development and working experience with .NET Core on the backend. The candidate will lead front-end initiatives, design scalable solutions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality applications. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of React-based front-end applications with best practices in performance, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST APIs and services built with .NET Core. Mentor and guide junior developers, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and sprint planning. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack.
