This role will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing design concepts, preparing project proposals, and sell new projects and managing the team of architectural designers. They will also supervise the sales process from initial contact to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality design outcomes.QualificationsAt least 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the residential home industry.Experience in architectural design and project managementAbility to develop design concepts and prepare project proposalsExperience coordinating with contractors and managing on-site activitiesStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to work on-site in Denver, COBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related fieldExperience with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is a plusKnowledge of construction industry standards and regulations
