Office Assistant – Sales SupportJob DescriptionPay Rate:Full Time: $20 per hour or Part Time: $20 per hourWe offer flexibility to those who need it.The Office Assistant - Sales Support is a support role to organize communication between accounting and sales. This position will have the responsibility of organizing, communicating, and transitioning customer orders through the processes of company purchasing and service. It will require a combination of basic accounting and order management.Roles and Responsibilities/ Essential Functions:Assist accounting with basic bookkeeping such as ordering, invoicing, tracking, and paperwork organization.Assist account executives with aspects of the sales, service and support cycles from beginning to end to ensure all products are quoted and ordered in a timely manner, delivered/installed as expected.Provide follow up with the customer to make sure all concerns have been covered and hardware/software registrations have been properly recorded.Collect and process necessary paperwork needed throughout the sales and accounting process.Requirements:Accuracy - Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.Communication Skills, Oral and Written - Ability to communicate clearly in a friendly manner with customers and staff.Detail Oriented - Ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task.Required Experience:NonePreferred Experience:Prior experience in a bookkeeping positionPrior experience in a sales positionRequired Skills, Education and/ or Certifications:High level of attention to detail, an aptitude to learn, the ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple projectsMust be proficient using a computer and working with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace software
