You’ll play a key role in scaling influencer partnerships and driving authentic engagement across TikTok and Instagram.What You’ll Be DoingSource and outreach to influencers aligned with brand campaigns across TikTok and Instagram.Manage influencer relationships to ensure smooth communication and timely content delivery.Track campaign performance, including engagement, conversions, and ROI.Organize and maintain influencer pipelines, outreach workflows, and content databases.Support UGC initiatives and cross-post content to maximize reach.Assist with affiliate onboarding and manage monthly payouts accurately.RequirementsExperience with influencer outreach, relationship management, or creator partnerships.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple workflows.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Ability to evaluate high-quality social media content on TikTok and Instagram.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Nice to HaveExperience with Airtable, Sprout Social, or similar tools.Familiarity with influencer marketing or affiliate platforms.Experience working with US-based companies.Background in e-commerce or consumer brands.BenefitsCompetitive USD salary.100% remote work.Paid Time Off.Real opportunities to grow your career.Be part of a fast-moving and dynamic environment where you’ll learn and make an immediate impact.Notes:*You are applying to work with an international company.
