Excited to grow within a company that values integrity, collaboration, and quality.What You'll Do Lead and design building mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, ventilation). Supervise and mentor mechanical designers and junior engineers. Serve as a project manager on assigned projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Develop design documentation including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates. Participate in client meetings and support business development efforts. Perform construction administration, including reviewing submittals and site visits. Conduct quality assurance and cross-discipline coordination reviews. Develop reports and narratives for evaluations and troubleshooting. Prepare design narratives and reports for design team stakeholders and permitting agencies. Assist with developing mechanical budgets for building mechanical systems.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical EngineeringProfessional Engineering (PE) license.Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities mechanical design and engineering.Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of International Codes, NFPA standards, and mechanical systems.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Compensation & Perks Salary: $90,000$130,000 depending upon experience . 401(k) with company match.
