Sr Technical Program Manager - Microsoft D365
TalentFish is casting a line for an experienced IT Program Manager to support our client's growing portfolio of data, enterprise application, and technology initiatives.This individual will manage multiple Technical projects, including the ongoing support and expansion of the organization's ERP and over all Technical Organization. The Program Manager will oversee enhancements, integrations, production support initiatives, and the onboarding of newly acquired businesses into the existing ERP.The ideal candidate is a strong, proactive project leader who can independently drive complex initiatives, maintain accountability across teams, and communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical resources, vendors, and leadership. Must have the ability to work indipendently and have experince in fast paced start up type envinorments as well as mature enterprise envinorments - know how to get there and that the final Project Management structure should be.What You Bring to the Role. (Ideal Experience)7+ years of experience managing complex IT, data, enterprise application, or digital transformation projects.Demonstrated success independently driving multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.Strong experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects.Solid understanding of D365 CE capabilities, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or related modules.Experience supporting an established D365 environment through enhancements, integrations, upgrades, or business expansion.Experience managing data migration, system integration, application support, or acquisition-related technology projects.Strong project planning, risk management, dependency management, and status reporting capabilities.Experience coordinating development, testing, UAT, training, deployments, and post-production support.Experience managing third-party vendors, implementation partners, consultants, or distributed technical teams.Strong communication, organization, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to drive accountability, resolve roadblocks, and maintain momentum with limited oversight.Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience onboarding acquired businesses into established enterprise platforms and processes.Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure integrations, APIs, workflows, or data integration tools.Experience managing CRM, ERP, data, analytics, or enterprise application initiatives.PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent project management certification.Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification or formal D365 training.What You'll Do. (Skills Used in this Position)Lead multiple data, enterprise application, and broader IT projects from initiation through completion.Establish project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, budgets, dependencies, and deliverables.Manage the ongoing D365 CE project roadmap, including system enhancements, integrations, upgrades, issue resolution, and operational support initiatives.Coordinate the addition of newly acquired businesses, users, processes, and data into the existing D365 CE environment.Partner with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, priorities, risks, and expected outcomes.Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, internal IT resources, developers, vendors, and external consulting partners.Facilitate requirements discussions, project meetings, status reviews, decision-making sessions, and executive updates.Coordinate development, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, training, deployment, and post-release support activities.Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and competing priorities.Maintain detailed project plans, status reporting, action items, decisions, and project documentation.Hold project participants accountable for commitments, deadlines, and deliverables.Ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.Support user adoption, change management, and transition into ongoing operational support.Compensation InformationThe expected salary range for this position is $60 - $80 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
