Turkish-Speaking Housekeeper for Private Residence in Miami (Miami)

A UHNW Principal is hiring a Turkish-speaking Housekeeper for his new private residence in Miami. The role starts as a setup hire ahead of the Principal's full move-in towards the end of 2026, then settles into maintaining the residence to exceptional standards day-to-day.This is not a step-up role. The Principal is hiring for confirmed Housekeeper experience in a UHNW or HNW environment. The household is small and service-capable: a House Manager, three Housekeepers, a private chef, and a driver. There is no butler. Everyone is service-led.$80,000 to $90,000 gross per annum DOE, plus benefits. Miami, Florida. Live-in or live-out for the right candidate. One of three Housekeeper positions opening.What you bring:Proven Housekeeper experience in a UHNW or HNW private residence, luxury hotel, yacht, or villa.Fluent Turkish and English. Both non-negotiable.US work authorisation.Excellent housekeeping standards plus strong laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care.Service-capable. Comfortable stepping in to serve drinks, refreshments, and light food when the Principal or guests are in residence.Comfortable with pets (small dog) and flexible with hours.What makes this role distinctive:A setup hire. You will help bring a new residence to life: wardrobes, linen cupboards, supplier rhythms, the Principal's preferences.A small, close-knit team and a clear reporting line to the House Manager.Possible travel during the setup phase to support the Principal at other residences and hotels.
