Housekeeper for UHNW Private Residence in Miami

Three experienced Housekeepers are needed for a private residence in Miami, supporting a single UHNW Principal who is making Miami his primary base later this year.This is a setup hire ahead of the Principal's full move-in towards the end of 2026. You will help bring a newly acquired residence to life: setting standards, wardrobes, linen cupboards, supplier relationships, and the rhythms of the house from a blank canvas.The household is intentionally lean: a House Manager, three Housekeepers, a private chef, and a driver. There is no butler. Everyone is service-capable. A small dog lives in the residence.$65,000 to $90,000 gross per annum DOE, plus benefits. Live-in or live-out for the right candidate. Miami, Florida. One of three Housekeeper positions opening.What you bring:- Proven Housekeeper experience in a UHNW or HNW private residence, luxury hotel, yacht, or villa. This is not a step-up role.- Excellent spoken and written English.- US citizen or Green Card holder.- Excellent housekeeping standards plus strong laundry, ironing, and wardrobe care.- Service-capable. Comfortable stepping in to serve drinks, refreshments, and light food when the Principal or guests are in residence.- Comfortable with pets and flexible with hours.What makes this role distinctive:- A setup hire from day one: wardrobes, linen cupboards, supplier rhythms, the Principal's preferences.- A small, close-knit team with a clear reporting line to the House Manager.- Possible travel during the setup phase to support the Principal at other residences and hotels.
