RPA Developer
We are seeking a skilled and motivated RPA Developer to join our Automation Practice. This role will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying robotic process automation (RPA) solutions that align with the customer's strategic vision and standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to automate processes, improve efficiency, and support innovation across the organization.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Design & DevelopmentDevelop RPA bots using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue PrismTranslate business requirements into scalable automation solutionsEnsure solutions are modular, reusable, and aligned with architectural standardsCollaboration & AnalysisWork closely with business analysts, process owners, and team members to identify automation opportunitiesParticipate in process discovery and documentation sessionsSupport the Innovation Hub by prototyping new automation ideasGovernance & StandardsAdhere to standards for coding, documentation, testing, and metadata managementParticipate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practicesChange Control & SupportImplement change control procedures for bot updates and enhancementsProvide post-deployment support and troubleshootingMaintain version control and deployment logsSecurity & ComplianceEnsure automation solutions comply with security and data protection policiesCollaborate with security and architecture teams to embed secure design principlesTraining & AdoptionAssist in training users and stakeholders on automation tools and processesSupport change management efforts to drive adoption of automation solutionsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Preferred)2+ years of experience in RPA development using industry-standard platformsStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevOps, and agile methodologiesExperience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBScript, JavaScript) is a plusFamiliarity with metadata management, process modeling, and business analysisExcellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsPreferred Skills:Experience working in a Center of Excellence or enterprise automation environmentKnowledge of process mining tools and techniquesExposure to AI/ML integration with RPACertification in RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified Developer)BenefitsSince 1993, ITP has been providing reliable, cost-effective solutions to meet our customers' goals and objectives in the commercial and public marketplace.
