SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant

Interview : VideoVisa : USC, GC, GC EAD, h4, L2This is hybrid from day-1 ( Need local candidates )Description :Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant to support a program currently in the late design phase. This role requires a hands-on functional expert who can validate, refine, and transition solution designs into build-ready deliverables while ensuring alignment with business requirements and SAP best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Validation & RefinementReview and validate existing Service Management solution designsIdentify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities in current design artifactsEnsure alignment with SAP S/4HANA standard functionality and best practicesFunctional Expertise Lead configuration and design across SAP S/4HANA Service Management, including:Service ContractsService Orders & NotificationsIn-House RepairResource Scheduling / PlanningService Billing and Integration with SD/MM/FIProvide guidance on integration points with adjacent modules (SD, MM, FI, CS, CRM where applicable)Build Readiness Translate functional designs into detailed configuration specificationsSupport development teams with functional clarificationsEnsure readiness for realization/build phaseStakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business SMEs to confirm requirements and finalize process flowsFacilitate workshops to resolve open design decisionsCommunicate design impacts and trade-offs clearlyDocumentation Finalize functional design documents (FDDs), process flows, and configuration rationaleEnsure all design artifacts meet project governance standardsTesting Preparation Define test scenarios and support SIT/UAT planningEnsure traceability between requirements, design, and test casesRequired Qualifications 8 + years of SAP experience with strong focus on Service Management / Customer ServiceAt least 1-2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA SM implementationsProven experience working in late design or realization phasesDeep understanding of:S/4HANA Service Management processesIntegration with SD, MM, and FIStrong experience with configuration and functional design documentationAbility to work independently and drive decisions in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications Experience transitioning from ECC CS to S/4HANA ServiceFamiliarity with Fiori apps for Service ManagementExposure to Field Service Management (FSM) or advanced scheduling toolsExperience with Agile or hybrid SAP delivery methodologiesKey Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitationDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and completenessAbility to balance standard SAP functionality vs. custom solutions
