A company is looking for a Client Support Advocate to provide support to students and clients through various communication channels. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess orders and enrollments through the Admissions Portal and handle inbound and outbound support calls Resolve student and client issues related to shipments, payments, and exam inquiries Cross-train on different job functions within the department to maintain service levelsRequired QualificationsHigh School completion required Comfortable using MS Office, Oracle, and AS400/JDE Passionate advocate of education and a self-starter Able to work effectively within a team and drive issues to closure Willingness to use the Five9 platform for inbound calls
