Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for patients, registering them and obtaining necessary demographic information
Direct calls to appropriate healthcare providers and assist with appointment bookings
Monitor patient biometric alerts and conduct follow-up customer service surveysRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma required; medical office administration certification is an asset
Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment preferred
Ability to handle sensitive medical situations and maintain a calm demeanor
Experience with computers and software programs is necessary
Must provide a clear criminal background check
