Position Requirements Applicants must: Be willing to travel nationwide for projects (typically up to 30 days at a time) Possess a valid driver's license Be comfortable working at heights Be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold Be able to accurately read a tape measure Have experience using screw guns and common power tools Be comfortable using company mobile apps for timekeeping, communication, and project documentation Have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications Experience in any of the following is a plus: Construction Greenhouse installation Metal building assembly Carpentry Agricultural construction Mechanical installation What We Offer Full-time employment Competitive pay based on experience Nationwide travel opportunities Per diem and travel accommodations when applicable Full Medical, Dental and Vision after 90days A professional, team-oriented work environment Overtime at time and half About RFC Installations Based in Eustis, Florida, RFC Installations provides installation and construction services across the United States.
