Accounts Payable / Property Accountant

Overview The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for overseeing vendor payments and related communication across our property portfolio. This role ensures vendors are paid accurately and on time while serving as the main point of contact for all AP matters. Experience The ideal candidate has prior experience in multifamily real estate accounting, with direct responsibility for accounts payable at the property level. Experience working with multiple assets simultaneously, coordinating with Property Managers, and managing vendor payments tied to property cash flow is required. Familiarity with common multifamily vendors, property management software, and property-level GL structures is essential.
