Speech Therapist

Seeking a part-time or PRN Speech Therapist to provide quality speech therapy services including assessment, intervention, program planning, and documentation.Develop personalized care plans tailored to patient needs.Assist patients in recovering communication skills after speech loss.Monitor responses to therapy and adjust plans accordingly.Collaborate with healthcare team, patients, and families.Participate in conferences, medical rounds, and discharge planning.Contribute to departmental goals through performance improvement projects.Qualifications: Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology; 2+ years of experience preferred.Benefits include 401(k) matching, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.Work is in person.
