Role DescriptionThis full-time Hearing Aid Specialist role is an on-site position located in Southampton, PA. Responsibilities include conducting hearing tests, performing audiometry, and delivering personalized hearing solutions tailored to clients' needs. The specialist will work closely with clients to provide outstanding customer service and support, ensuring their hearing health and communication needs are met effectively.QualificationsProficiency in Audiology and conducting Hearing TestsExperience in performing Audiometry and evaluating speech-related concernsStrong Customer Service skills to provide high-quality client careExcellent communication skills and a patient-focused approachLicensure as a Hearing Aid Specialist or Audiologist (as required by state regulations)Previous experience working in a healthcare or audiology-related role is a plus
