What We're Looking For:Valid license and certification as an AudiologistPrior experience in educational or pediatric audiology, especially within a school settingFamiliarity with IEP processes and ability to participate in multidisciplinary teamsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with students, teachers, and familiesAbility to adapt to dynamic caseloads and manage time efficientlyCommitment to safeguarding student wellbeing and confidentiality Key Responsibilities:Administer comprehensive hearing screenings, assessments, and follow-up evaluations for K-8 studentsInterpret test results and provide written reports to staff and families, offering actionable recommendationsSupport development and implementation of IEPs, including classroom accommodations and use of assistive technologyEducate teachers and families on auditory access, hearing loss, communication strategies, and device managementMaintain accurate records and comply with school, state, and federal documentation requirementsEngage in ongoing professional development and participate in staff trainings as needed This full-time contract role runs on a family-friendly schedule from 8 AM - 2:30 PM, allowing you to enjoy work-life balance.
