Role Description The Family Services Coordinator 1 will provide compassionate and skilled support to families during the organ donation process. Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating communication with families, offering guidance through decision-making, and coordinating donation services in alignment with policies and procedures. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL. The role requires empathy, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach to ensure families receive the best possible care during challenging times. Qualifications Experience in Social Work and Social Services to support and guide families in sensitive situationsBackground in Family Services and Case Management to help coordinate donation processes with empathy and efficiencyStrong Communication skills to effectively engage with diverse families and interdisciplinary teamsAbility to work on-site in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive environment in Miami, FLBachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field preferredExperience in healthcare or organ donation services is a plusWillingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, or on-call shifts as needed
