Manage the end-to-end proposal process for active RFPs (from receipt and kick-off through final submission) coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance with governance and brand standardsMaintain and execute against the RFP tracker, timelines, and workflows to ensure clear visibility, proactive communication, and on-time delivery across all active proposals and internal SLAsDevelop high-quality proposal content by understanding client requirements, crafting compelling win responses, and aligning messaging to our product capabilities, value propositions, and corporate policiesOperate within AI/automation-enabled workflows across the RFP lifecycle, optimizing use of existing tools (e.g., Claude) to maintain speed, quality, and consistencyWhat You Bring3-7 years of relevant RFP, proposals, or bid management experience, ideally with exposure to Higher Education, Healthcare, or similar regulated verticals in US/Canada/UK marketsProven ability to manage multiple active proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines, coordinating effectively across sales, product, legal, and compliance stakeholders
