Management, Scientific, and Technical Consulting ServicesOffice Administrative ServicesAdministration of Human Resource ProgramsGrantmaking and Giving ServicesEmployment ServicesThe Sr. Manager, Contract Management and Analytics is a cross-functional business partner developing and implementing pricing and contracting strategies for inline, launch, and pipeline products to support brand planning, forecasting and ensuring product access aligned with Company financial objectives.The position will be part of a team providing a broad range of solutions and services across National Channel Accounts (Wholesaler, Specialty Pharmacy, Retail Pharmacy, Group Purchasing Organization, Specialty Distributor, Pharmacy Cooperative). The position will report to the Associate Director, Contract Development.Key Responsibilities:Provide Gross-to-Net oversight through facilitation with relevant field and home office partners when evaluating contract proposalsDesign and implement contracting evaluation analytics for pricing and contract strategies and proposal developmentDevelop and implement performance metrics to support optimal pull-through of contractsPerform customer level strategic analysis that informs current and future budgets/forecasts/LRPSupport the development of channel and customer level pricing strategies that align with brand objectivesImplement brand pricing and contracting strategies throughout the product lifecycle that align with optimal market performanceWork cross-functionally with Market Access and Legal in the development of offers, agreements and amendmentsMaintain an executive summary of key contract terms and conditions for each customer and proactively prepare for the evaluation of expiring agreementsCollaborate with the Contract Operations and Government Pricing teams to ensure proposed contract terms can be operationalized and meet the business needsMonitor existing customer contracts for contract compliance; includes identifying and recommending opportunities for improvementSupport the implementation of contract terms through coordination with third party logistics partnerStay abreast of macro trends in the healthcare environment that potentially impact current and/or future product pricing, contracting and associated strategies across product portfolioMinimum Education & Experience Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in business/science/healthcare.
