We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.
RBT Certified and Medicaid approved preferred
Now hiring for several positions:
Part Time and Full Time positions available in Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and Palmetto.
Kiddo 1- Bradenton - school based and center based - Monday - Friday 9:00 - 2:00;
2:45 - 6:00
Kiddo 2 - Sarasota - school and home based Monday Tuesday Wednesday 9:00 -2:00 (school)
Monday - Friday 3:30 - 7:30 (home)
Kiddo 3 - Palmetto - school based - Monday Tuesday Thursday Friday 8:30 -2:30
Ellenton - home based - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 4:00 - 6:30
Kiddo 4 - Bradenton - center based- 3:00 - 6:00 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Summer sessions will occur primarily 9-3 in center based setting or home setting.
The RBT will work directly with children and individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is crucial in supporting our clients in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life through applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
Duties
Implement individualized care plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
Provide direct support to children and individuals with autism, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) to promote independence and self-care.
Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress, behaviors, and interventions.
Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure consistency in care and support.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in behavioral therapy and patient care.
Maintain medical documentation as required by organizational policies.
Experience
Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs is preferred.
Knowledge of behavioral health practices, including the implementation of behavioral therapy techniques.
Familiarity with creating and following care plans tailored to individual client needs.
Experience in medical documentation processes is a plus.
A background in special education or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
