We strive to always redefine the standard of excellence in all that we do.Want to join our team as a Paid Media Manager?The Paid Media Manager leads Bauer's paid media and influencer ecosystem, driving strategy, execution, and performance across all paid channels. This role owns how media investment amplifies brand and product storytelling, ensuring effective reach and engagement with both core and new consumers. Working cross-functionally with Brand, Content, Creative, eCommerce, and Performance Marketing, this role ensures a consistent consumer journey and maximizes the impact of all media investments.Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:Drive paid media strategy across traditional, digital, and emerging platformsLead planning and execution of media buys including endemic, CTV/streaming, and paid socialManage influencer marketing programs, including oversight of Influencer SpecialistBrief agency partners and internal teams on campaign objectives, creative needs, and performance expectationsCommunicate performance insights and strategic recommendations to cross-functional stakeholdersIntegrate paid media with brand campaigns, product launches, and always-on storytellingAnalyze media performance and optimize budget allocation across channels and funnel stagesMaintain strong agency and partner relationships to ensure best-in-class executionTrack KPIs and build clear reporting frameworks across all paid initiativesCoordinate with eCommerce and Performance Marketing to ensure a seamless consumer journey and aligned investment strategy between brand and DTCDevelop new channel strategies, including podcasting and emerging platforms Qualifications:BS or BA in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field- or equivalent years of relevant and related experience.5-7+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or related fieldBackground knowledge in media planning, creative development, and performance analyticsExperience in budget management, paid social, CTV/streaming, digital mediaStrong understanding of full-funnel marketing and attributionDemonstrated ability to manage agency partners and cross-functional stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate at all levels of organization.Highly organized, diligent, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and business needs.Travel as needed and/or required by essential job functions.Interested yet?
