Senior Product Marketing ManagerThe Senior Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, will play a central role in supporting a growing portfolio of specialty programs, distribution partnerships, and wholesale/MGA initiatives within the insurance ecosystem. This role is responsible for bringing new products, carrier relationships, and non-standard solutions to market in a clear, coordinated, and compelling way. Working closely with business unit leadership, distribution teams, and marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will help ensure new and existing offerings are positioned effectively, launched smoothly, and adopted successfully across a national network of agency partners.This role sits at the intersection of strategy, messaging, and execution, translating sometimes complex offerings into practical value propositions for agencies and distribution partners.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead go-to-market planning and execution for new products, carrier partnerships, specialty programs, and technology-related offerings.Develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions that clearly articulate how offerings solve real agency and customer needs.Create and oversee product launch assets, including sales enablement materials, presentations, webinars, digital content, and internal training support.Partner closely with business unit and distribution leadership to align launch timing, readiness, and adoption strategies.Support ongoing product adoption by refining messaging, identifying barriers, and recommending improvements based on field feedback.Serve as a cross-functional connector between Marketing, Distribution, Partnerships, and Leadership to ensure consistent execution and communication.Develop and execute a cadence for reviewing and updating product-related content across digital properties, partner portals, and marketing channels.Develop and implement regular promotional and informational communications designed to increase awareness, engagement, and adoption of products and services.Attend and participate in meetings with internal teams and strategic partners to formulate marketing ideas, support go-to-market initiatives, and present strategic recommendations.Track and communicate launch performance, engagement metrics, and adoption trends while helping establish measurable goals and KPIs.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience5+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related marketing rolesExperience interacting with insurance organizations, brokers, wholesalers, agencies, or financial services organizations is a plusAbility to provide marketing leadership and support at both strategic and tactical levelsExperience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), webinar platforms, project management tools, and creative/content softwareBaseline understanding of insurance products, distribution models, or financial services offerings preferredStrong written communication and presentation skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and product launches simultaneouslyExcellent organizational and project management skillsStrong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration abilitiesHybrid work environment with occasional travel required
