We are a client focused team designed to bring value and help lead innovations within the enterprise.Job DescriptionRole OverviewAs the primary architect of the supplier ecosystem within our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platforms, you will bridge the gap between strategic sourcing and operational excellence. Your mission is to ensure suppliers are seamlessly integrated and digitally enabled to drive catalog adoption, increase e-invoicing rates, and enhance the user experience for all stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Onboarding & IntegrationLead end-to-end onboarding of suppliers into P2P platforms, managing both technical and operational requirements.Oversee catalog management, including the configuration and maintenance of hosted catalogs and punch-outs.Facilitate digital migration by moving suppliers to electronic channels to increase e-invoicing penetration and minimize manual intervention.Partner with IT/ERP teams to resolve integration errors and perform testing for system upgrades or new features.Strategic Alignment & AnalysisAnalyze spend data and benchmarks to categorize suppliers and determine optimal integration levels.Collaborate with Category Managers, IT, and Suppliers to drive catalog accuracy across pricing and strategic alignment.Manage global rollouts, specifically supporting Coupa expansions while balancing local requirements with global standards.Monitor performance metrics, reporting on catalog coverage, adoption rates, and enablement progress to senior leadership.Support & EducationDevelop global training resources, including manuals, "How-To" guides, and video tutorials.Host educational forums, such as live webinars and "Office Hours," to promote P2P best practices.Provide daily troubleshooting for suppliers regarding onboarding, PO transmission, and invoicing hurdles.QualificationsExperience & EducationBachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, or a related field.5+ years of experience in P2P support or Procurement Operations.Proven track record in Supplier Enablement and electronic integration within major E-Procurement ecosystems.Platform Expertise: Experience with Coupa is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage.Technical & Soft SkillsDigital Transformation: Ability to guide stakeholders through technical transitions and overcome resistance to new tools.Data Proficiency: Strong ability to interpret spend data using Excel or BI tools to drive strategy.Project Management: Capability to manage multiple onboarding workstreams in a fast-paced global environment.Customer-Centric Mindset: A patient, service-oriented approach to guiding non-technical suppliers through digital onboarding.Location: Employee must be based in the Greater Chicago Area with the expectation to be in office 3 days per week.Target Base Salary Range: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity.
