We support some of the nation's most sensitive efforts, and our team plays a direct role in protecting what matters most.We are seeking a Program Security Analyst (Intermediate) to join our team and support mission-critical programs through strong security practices, collaboration, and attention to detail.Position OverviewThe Program Security Analyst will serve as an on-site, intermediate-level security professional supporting a government customer. This role focuses on coordinating and executing program security requirements across Program Protection, Information Security, and Physical Security.The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a team environment and understands the complexity of large DoD programs and weapon systems.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide classification guidance, recommendations, and security support to government, military, and industry partners across multi-level security programsEnsure compliance with program protection strategies and applicable security regulationsAdvise leadership on improving security policies, procedures, and systemsDevelop and maintain SOPs, manuals, and facility security checklistsEstablish procedures for handling, storing, and controlling access to classified materials and recordsCoordinate with program SMEs to identify Critical Program Information (CPI), Critical Components, and Critical FunctionsSupport development and documentation of Program Protection Plans (PPP), including recommended countermeasuresAssist with acquisition and industrial security functions as neededQualifications Basic QualificationsMinimum 8 years of relevant experience supporting missile defense or other large, complex DoD programsBachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field (Security, Counterintelligence, or similar preferred)Experience with Physical Security practices and implementationStrong ability to review and analyze technical documentationDetail-oriented with strong analytical skillsActive Top Secret clearance requiredPreferred QualificationsExperience with DoD security processes and requirementsFamiliarity with Microsoft AccessStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office toolsAdditional InformationThis job description is not designed to cover or contain all job duties required of the employee.
