This role supports a wide range of systems including HVAC, boilers, air compressors, ammonia refrigeration systems, and processing/packaging equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.Job Duties:Troubleshoot and repair plant machinery using electrical and mechanical skillsetsPerform preventive and predictive maintenance on equipmentMinimize downtime by completing repairs and part replacements efficientlyFabricate repair parts by machining to specifications as neededSupport production teams by providing maintenance guidance and responding to requestsMaintain technical knowledge through training and skill developmentEnsure compliance with all safety procedures, rules, and regulationsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentPerform additional duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s licenseAbility to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizationAbility to work overtime and weekends as neededPreferred Qualifications:Experience with GMP, HACCP, and USDA regulationsBilingual capabilities are preferred.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift 40+ pounds regularlyAbility to work in extreme temperature environmentsFrequent use of hand and power toolsAbility to climb, crouch, kneel, and crawl as needed to service equipmentQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
