This role is responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and executing maintenance activities across a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems, including utilities and processing equipment.Job Duties: Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair production machinery and facility systems using strong electrical and mechanical skillsetsPerform routine preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and reliabilityMinimize operational downtime by completing repairs and part replacements in a timely and efficient mannerSupport fabrication needs by machining or modifying components to required specificationsMaintain and service systems such as HVAC, boilers, compressed air, refrigeration, and production/packaging equipmentCommunicate effectively with production staff to provide maintenance guidance, resolve issues, and support continuous operationsAdhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environmentMaintain technical proficiency through ongoing training and skill developmentContribute to overall team success by supporting additional maintenance-related tasks as neededQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required3–5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environmentStrong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, AC drives, VFDs, and PLCsDemonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities across multiple equipment typesEffective communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organizationValid driver's license requiredFlexibility to work overtime and weekends as operational needs dictateQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.#infood
