This is that team, and this is the senior hire that strengthens it.The ContextThe Captive Fronting Solutions practice serves some of the world’s most sophisticated corporate clients — household names across energy, technology, financial services and general industrials — who self-insure significant risk through captive vehicles.The structured programmes that underpin those relationships span multiple territories, multiple local insurers and multiple policy types.Once the Structurers design and place the solution, the Captive Services team makes it real — and keeps it real, at pace, and to the standard that clients of this calibre expect.The OpportunityThis is a newly created position, driven by the growth of the captive fronting portfolio and the need for a highly capable operator to sit at the heart of programme delivery.You’ll be joining a lean, expert team with direct access to senior leadership and meaningful exposure to the full lifecycle of complex multinational structures.The team currently operates with flexibility across locations.This hire will be New York-based, and will be central to raising the standard of programme governance and client service as the practice continues to scale.If you thrive on complexity, take pride in precision, and want to work on programmes that genuinely matter — this is the role.The Role ProfileManage the end-to-end operational lifecycle of structured multinational captive programmes — from policy issuance and licence coordination through to renewal and amendmentAct as the primary operational point of contact for clients and brokers across a portfolio of major corporate accountsCoordinate with local network insurers and fronting markets across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliant, on-time policy deliveryDiagnose and resolve programme issues — coverage gaps, regulatory complications, documentation discrepancies — with speed and accuracyTrack and report against KPIs measuring service quality, turnaround times and programme integrityWork closely with the Structuring team to translate deal architecture into operational reality, flagging issues early and proposing practical solutionsContribute to process improvement as the team scales and the programme portfolio growsWhat You’ll Bring to the TableThis is a technical, process-intelligent, client-aware hire.You’ll combine deep programme management experience with the composure and credibility to represent the practice to sophisticated corporate clients.You’ll be calm under pressure, precise in your documentation, and motivated by getting things right rather than just getting things done.Solid experience in international programme management, captive account handling or global programme administration at a top-tier global insurerBackground from one of the leading international carriers with genuine multinational programme capability — you’ll know the complexity from the insideComfortable managing multiple live accounts simultaneously across different jurisdictions and time zonesStrong problem-solving instinct: the kind of person who fixes the immediate issue and then closes the gap that caused itMotivated and measured by service quality metrics and KPI deliveryClient-presentable and professionally credible — able to represent the programme confidently in account reviews and escalation callsCommutable to New York — candidates currently working remotely in the region are encouraged to apply
