*Urgently Hiring* Position Title: Part-Time Support Staff Locations: Hartford, CT & Middletown, CT Schedule: 21 Hours Biweekly We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our team in Hartford and Middletown, Connecticut. This position offers a consistent biweekly schedule totaling 21 hours every other week. Schedule: Every Other Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM This role is ideal for someone who is reliable, organized, and passionate about providing quality support services. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment. PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: One to three years of experience in human services or relevant field experience preferred. Experience with behavioral individuals is preferred Flexible and energetic Multitasking Communication with individuals in a supportive tone REQUIREMENTS: Must have a High School Diploma or GED Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a current driver’s license and reliable transportation with active car insurance. Must be comfortable transporting individuals in personal vehicle Must be comfortable working in the community Must be comfortable working in residents' homes Ability to pass criminal history background check, DMV record check, Abuse & Neglect Registry Check, and Sex Offender Registry Check License: Valid Driver's License (Required) Current vehicle registration and insurance (Required) Job Types: Full-time/Part-time Pay: Up to $20 Pay will be commensurrate with expierence and the individual.
