We hire only the best Caregivers and then set you up to succeed with on-call support, world-class training and growth opportunities, and an atmosphere of recognition and appreciation for the invaluable care you provide.Benefits:Variety of shifts available for immediate start especially on weekends!Competitive pay based on experienceFlexible scheduling that works with your availabilityFriendly work environment and employee recognition eventsSpecialized training and opportunities for personal certificationsSatisfaction As a Senior Helpers of Bel Air Caregiver, you experience the privilege of giving back to your community with every shift you completeStarting out $16 - $19 per hourResponsibilitiesBe an actively engaged companion to clientsConsistently encourage and participate in the client's unique activity planner to ensure their highest quality of life and fulfillmentAssist Personal Care clients with bathing/grooming, dressing and the likeFollow client care plans, keep proper care records, and communicate concerns to the Registered Nurse and supervisors within the appropriate time frameProvide medication reminders and assist with basic meal preparationPerform light housekeeping duties and maintain a safe and comfortable home environmentSupport clients in diverse care settings, including home care, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Hospice.Foster a positive, responsible, and courteous environment across all care settings, including clients' homes and facilities.Assist with transfer and mobility, including transporting (and accompanying when appropriate) clients to appointments, activities, and community outingsProvide care to clients and their families with kindness, dignity, and respect at all times.RequirementsDemonstrate strong interpersonal skills, including exceptional patience and listening skillsAdhere to company policies, including not conducting personal business during work time and reserving any phone use or texting to urgent needs only.
