Controller | $130,000 to $150,000 + Bonus & BenefitsWe are seeking a hands on Controller to oversee the day to day accounting and finance operations of the business. This individual will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial reporting, managing the close process, and supporting overall financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong NetSuite experience and the ability to leverage Excel for reporting, reconciliations, and analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the month end close processPrepare and review monthly financial statements and reporting packagesOversee payroll processing and related reconciliationsReview and approve accounts payable and accounts receivable activityManage fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and related accountingOversee treasury management activities including cash flow monitoring and banking relationshipsEnsure accuracy and integrity of financial data within NetSuiteUtilize Excel for financial analysis, reporting, reconciliations, and process improvement initiativesSupport internal controls and accounting process improvementsPartner with leadership on financial reporting and operational supportQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldStrong NetSuite experience is requiredAdvanced Excel skills with the ability to work heavily within spreadsheets and reporting modelsStrong understanding of month end close, financial reporting, AP/AR, payroll, treasury, and fixed asset accountingAbility to operate in a hands on environment and manage multiple prioritiesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsPreferred BackgroundExperience working in a fast paced or growing environmentStrong process improvement mindset
