Quality Engineer Glendale, AZ (Full-Time)Summary: Seeking a Quality Engineer with 2+ years of experience to support manufacturing quality operations. This role focuses on quality standards, data analysis, continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance within aerospace or automotive environments.Key Responsibilities:Manage quality processes, audits, and corrective actionsDevelop PFMEA, control plans, and inspection methodsPerform root cause analysis and track quality trendsSupport supplier and internal auditsDrive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma toolsCollaborate with production teams on the manufacturing floorEnsure compliance with quality systems and documentationRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field2+ years of quality engineering experienceExperience with auditing, PFMEA, control plans, and quality toolsStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsAerospace or automotive background preferred
