Skinfluential Management is seeking a Creator Coordinator to join our growing team. Candidates must be excellent communicators and relationship builders. The role is essentially customer support and high-level account management for our top tier content creators. Keeping these valued clients happy and helping to maximize their earnings is key to growing our business through referrals.

What you do:
Manage and nurture relationships with a diverse portfolio of creators, ensuring they are engaged and motivated to deliver the content that aligns with reaching company goals.
Act as the main point of contact for creators, addressing any questions and concerns, while ensuring their satisfaction with the partnership.
Recommend process improvements to help meet and exceed revenue targets.
Coordinate and communicate content inquiries, content guidelines, amount of content and deadlines to creators. Assist in the creation and distribution of new promotional materials regularly.
Ensure timely delivery of content from creators, reviewing submissions to confirm they meet OnlyFans and fan platform guidelines and other departments needs with content correctors.
Handle multiple projects in a fast paced, high growth environment.
Provide constructive feedback to creators to help refine and improve content where necessary.
Manage implementation of all strategies, and requirements from creators into their profiles.
Experience and Skills:
Experience in managing client relationships, preferably within the digital marketing or social media space.
Strong analytical skills and ability to decipher data.
Proficient in using social media and fan platforms to monitor and report on content performance.
Fluent speaking and writing English.
Experience with content creation processes, from ideation to execution.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Skype, and Slack.
Understanding of e-commerce or subscription-based businesses.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Experience in digital marketing or a related field is a plus.
