This role is heavily focused on hands-on website content management, digital execution, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Manage and maintain website and mobile app content updates within a CMSBuild, edit, and publish digital pages and promotional contentCoordinate with internal marketing teams, external vendors, and production stakeholdersSupport UX/UI updates, digital campaigns, and engagement initiativesAssist with content calendars, push notifications, and promotional placementsMonitor website performance, content accuracy, and digital best practicesCollaborate on strategies to improve user engagement and fan/customer experienceManage multiple incoming requests and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment​Requirements:Must-Haves:2-4 years of digital marketing, web content, or CMS management experienceStrong hands-on CMS experience including content publishing, page updates, and website maintenanceBasic understanding of HTML and web technologies (no heavy coding required)Experience supporting consumer-facing/B2C digital experiencesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyCollaborative, proactive, and execution-focused mindsetComfortable working onsite 4 days/week in BaltimoreNice-to-Haves:Experience with SEO and/or AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)Sports, media, entertainment, ecommerce, or hospitality industry experienceExperience supporting mobile app or push notification campaignsAdobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator experienceExposure to UX/UI optimization and digital engagement strategies
