Join us to challenge yourself and accomplish work that matters.Here are the job detailsJob Title: ReactJS Full Stack Developer Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite/Hybrid)Duration: Long TermRate: $60/hr W2 (Only W2 Preferred) Position OverviewWe are seeking a Full Stack developer to build and deliver modern customer-facing capabilities within a feature-centric product delivery model. The role focuses on understanding user needs, translating them into scalable technical solutions, and delivering high-quality features across frontend, backend, and workflow automation platforms.The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript is comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle.Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full-stack applications.• Build responsive user interfaces using React and modern frontend development practices.• Develop backend services and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) solutions using Node.js and TypeScript.• Develop and maintain Camunda job workers, connectors, and workflow integrations.• Translate product requirements and user needs into technical solutions and deliverable features.• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, architects, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.• Develop secure, maintainable, testable, and reusable code.• Design and integrate REST APIs and enterprise services.Required Knowledge & Skills• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.• Hands-on development experience with React.• Strong backend development knowledge using Node.js and TypeScript.• Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern software development practices.• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and feature-driven product delivery.• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications• Experience developing Camunda workers/connectors using Node.js/TypeScript.• .NET/C# knowledge is a plus.• Experience with cloud platforms and container technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes.• Knowledge of databases, event-driven architectures, and messaging systems.• Experience working in product-oriented or customer-centric engineering teams.Droisys is an equal opportunity employer.
