Operations (DOT) Professional Central Valley Ag is seeking an Operations (DOT) professional to support our grain and agronomy teams. This is a high-tempo, entry-level role designed for individuals who enjoy technical variety, active work, and a clear path toward professional licensure. We are looking for a reliable, growth-minded team player to join our stable, farmer-owned cooperative.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Logistics & Transport: Drive company vehicles to transfer grain and agronomy products; operate tender trucks to supply custom application equipment.Plant Operations: Assist in the scheduling, mixing, and loading of liquid/dry fertilizers and crop protection products with high accuracy.Inventory Handling: Lead the receiving, shipping, and storage of grain, seed, and fertilizer to ensure quality and prevent product loss.Facility Maintenance: Perform preventative maintenance and cleaning on buildings, fleet vehicles, and plant equipment to ensure operational readiness.Field Support: Assist with train loading operations and serve as a back-up for custom applicators as specialized certifications are earned.Administrative Accuracy: Utilize on-site scale systems and maintain precise documentation for DOT compliance and inventory tracking.Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a professional and secure work environment by following all company safety protocols and site cleanliness standards.Customer Service: Assist local patrons with the loading and unloading of products in a professional and courteous manner.Compensation & Benefits Pension Plan and 401(k) with Company MatchPaid CDL Training and certification assistanceMedical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysLife and Disability InsuranceHSA and FSA OptionsYearly Uniform AllowanceRequired Skills And Knowledge Licensing: Must have a valid driver's license; ability to obtain a Class A CDL with Tanker and HazMat endorsements (CVA provides training).Technical Aptitude: Good basic mechanical skills and a "figure-it-out" approach to equipment and vehicles.Execution-Minded: A self-starter who can plan, prioritize, and manage resources to meet seasonal deadlines.Detail Orientation: Ability to follow complex safety procedures and maintain accurate digital and paper records.Collaborative Spirit: A team player who enjoys working outdoors and helping the location reach its seasonal goals.Ethical Standard: High integritysomeone who values our "our word is our bond" culture.Education: High School or GED diploma required.Central Valley Ag Central Valley Ag is a farmer-owned cooperative headquartered in York, Neb.
