Known for handling complex builds, investing in people, and promoting from within.Key Responsibilities:• Learn company systems, estimating processes, budgeting, and project controls during initial training period• Manage field operations on active projects including labour, subcontractors, and schedules• Coordinate with superintendents, safety teams, and internal stakeholders• Review drawings, models, lift plans, and project documentation• Track budgets, progress, quality standards, and client expectations throughout deliveryIdeal Candidate Profile:• Around 8+ years of project management experience in steel erection, industrial, or heavy construction• Strong understanding of field operations and project execution• Comfortable using spreadsheets, scheduling software, and construction technology• Able to travel for projects across multiple states• Calm, professional communicator who can manage different personalities on site
