In this leadership role, you will oversee business development operations, manage and develop sales teams, and execute high-impact marketing strategies to drive patient census growth. This position is ideal for an experienced home health sales leader with a proven ability to build referral networks, lead teams, and consistently exceed performance goals in competitive markets.QualificationsQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of home health experience with business development focusMinimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience in home healthMinimum of 1 year of experience managing and developing sales teamsProven track record of achieving or exceeding admission and census growth goalsStrong understanding of home health, long-term care, and referral sources including hospitals, SNFs, physician practices, and community partnersExperience developing and executing multi-market sales and marketing strategiesAbility to analyze market trends, referral patterns, and growth opportunitiesDemonstrated success in training, coaching, and mentoring business development staffStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/lead tracking systemsAbility to work independently in a field-based leadership roleAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in EnglishEssential Functions:Lead and execute business development and marketing strategies to drive patient census growth across assigned marketsManage, coach, and develop Business Development teams to achieve performance goalsBuild and maintain strong relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and community organizationsIdentify and act on market trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunitiesMaintain and grow patient census and quality mix in alignment with company objectivesCollaborate with operational and clinical leadership to support market expansion and service line growthOversee development and execution of marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, and community engagement effortsSupport recruitment, onboarding, and training of business development staffMonitor and manage lead tracking systems, referral pipelines, and conversion performanceAnalyze performance data and provide actionable insights to improve conversion ratios and market performanceEnsure alignment between sales, operations, and clinical teams for effective referral-to-admission processesRepresent the organization professionally within the community and healthcare networksContinuing Education:Attends in-service and continuing education programs required for maintenance of any professional certification or licensure.Attends continuing education programs as necessary.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are at the heart of Cantex.
