Java with MLOps Lead

Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Java with MLOps Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models within our organization. This role combines hands-on coding, model deployment, and operational support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, experience in implementing MLOps pipelines, and a deep understanding of machine learning model lifecycle management.Key Responsibilities:MLOps Leadership: Lead the MLOps efforts, creating, managing, and optimizing end-to-end machine learning pipelines.Java Development: Utilize Java to build, maintain, and optimize applications that integrate ML models seamlessly.Model Deployment: Collaborate with data scientists to deploy ML models into production, ensuring scalability, robustness, and monitoring.Continuous Integration and Delivery: Implement CI/CD processes to streamline the deployment and updating of machine learning models and applications.Infrastructure Management: Oversee the architecture and implementation of cloud-based environments GCP for ML operations.Data Pipeline Development: Develop and manage data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and serving, ensuring data integrity and availability.Model Monitoring and Maintenance: Establish monitoring systems for tracking model performance, degradation, and retraining requirements.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, data engineers, and software developers, to enhance ML workflows and infrastructure.Technical Leadership: Mentor junior team members, provide code reviews, and drive best practices in both Java and MLOps.Preferred Skills:Experience with data engineering tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka).Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) for model performance.Familiarity with Python for scripting and model interaction.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
