Role Description We are seeking a Software Product Manager for a full-time on-site position in Camarillo, CA. The Software Product Manager will oversee the development and lifecycle of software products, working closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support. Responsibilities include defining product requirements, managing product roadmaps, overseeing project execution, conducting market analyses, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This individual will also act as a key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure product success. Qualifications Experience in product management, product lifecycle management, and strategic planningTechnical skills in software development, product analytics, and familiarity with Agile methodologiesStrong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilitiesPrior experience in market research, competitive analysis, and developing go-to-market strategiesProject management expertise, including the ability to prioritize and deliver on timeKnowledge of software platforms or solutions in industries such as healthcare, food safety, or diagnostics is a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plusAnalytical mindset with a problem-solving approach and keen attention to detail
