Manufacturing Liaison Support
Job Description
Each Liaison will be assigned to one of the three main disciplines:
structures
avionics
systems
Familiarity with manufacturing and a strong organizational disposition will be required
Required Skills and Experience
3+ years’ experience in aircraft manufacturing, fabrication and assembly, or similarly complex aerospace/defense products
· 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite; strong data entry skills. - must be strong in Excel in particular.
· Experience with manufacturing-based software (ERP/MES) or Microsoft Co-Pilot is a significant advantage.
· Experience with manufacturing-based software systems a plus
An understanding of one or more of the following:structures

Preferred Skills and Experience
· Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. *Upbeat "can do" attitude will be interviewed for
· Excellent organizational skills, easily capable of effectively juggling and completing multiple tasks at the same time, and thrive under pressure
· Familiar with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
· Proven ability to manage complex tasks under pressure using tools like MS Project and data dashboards.
· Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
· Ability to stand for 8+ hours and maintain flexibility for evening or weekend shifts as required.
Responsibilities
· Provide regular status updates on work packages to the Management Leadership Team.
· Support the creation, execution, and continuous improvement of program-specific manufacturing build plans.
· Collaborate with production planning to assure assembly flow is properly supported to deliver material and hardware on schedule
· Champion a culture of safety and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention while ensuring total compliance with regulatory standards.
