Manufacturing Liaison Support (Mesa)

Job DescriptionEach Liaison will be assigned to one of the three main disciplines:structuresavionicssystemsFamiliarity with manufacturing and a strong organizational disposition will be requiredRequired Skills and Experience3+ years' experience in aircraft manufacturing, fabrication and assembly, or similarly complex aerospace/defense products· 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite; strong data entry skills. - must be strong in Excel in particular.· Experience with manufacturing-based software (ERP/MES) or Microsoft Co-Pilot is a significant advantage.· Experience with manufacturing-based software systems a plusAn understanding of one or more of the following:structuresavionicssystemsPreferred Skills and Experience· Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills. *Upbeat can do attitude will be interviewed for· Excellent organizational skills, easily capable of effectively juggling and completing multiple tasks at the same time, and thrive under pressure· Familiar with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).· Proven ability to manage complex tasks under pressure using tools like MS Project and data dashboards.· Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.· Ability to stand for 8+ hours and maintain flexibility for evening or weekend shifts as required.Responsibilities· Provide regular status updates on work packages to the Management Leadership Team.· Support the creation, execution, and continuous improvement of program-specific manufacturing build plans.· Collaborate with production planning to assure assembly flow is properly supported to deliver material and hardware on schedule· Champion a culture of safety and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention while ensuring total compliance with regulatory standards.
