Job Overview We are a wholesale grower seeking a motivated and friendly individual who shares our love for horticulture and has a passion for helping our customers select and purchase a broad range of exotic plants, trees, and flowers. Apply now to join our team as a Nursery Sales Associate at our Wholesale Nursery, Garden Industries, LLC part of Botanicas. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers as they enter the Nursery Assist customers in finding and selecting the appropriate plants, based on their specific requirements. Provide expert advice and guidance on plant care. Assist in the development of approaches that ensure every customer is made aware of the full spectrum of material we offered. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations Handle customer inquiries and concerns, in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction Assist in inventory control and safety practices. Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, preferably in a garden center, nursery or a similar environment Passion for horticulture, gardening, and outdoor living Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service Proven ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet Basic knowledge of plants, their care requirements Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as large plants, as required and up to 50lbs.
