Sr. Strategy & Operations Sales Programs Manager

Using Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doAs a Sr. Strategy & Operations Sales Program Manager, you will be a highly motivated self-starter responsible for developing and managing cross-functional programs that will be delivered to the field teams. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and business partner to Sales leaders, utilizing your strong analytical skills to drive strategic decision-making. You will work closely with Go-To-Market Sales, Sales Strategy, Enablement, Product Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful programs. Your ability to analyze complex data sets and recommend prioritized technology solutions will help address key business challenges. You should be comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to Director-level and above stakeholders. This position combines the creative process of designing prescriptive programs and strategies with the operational execution needed to ensure these programs are effectively implemented and deliver measurable results.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of GTM Sales Programs.ResponsibilitiesExecute enterprise sales strategiesDesign and implement prescriptive programs and strategies, ensuring effective operationalizationFlex between high-level strategy and vision to detailed executionWork seamlessly with sales, sales strategy, business value, corporate and product marketing, enablement, and partner teamsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and GTM leadership to design, launch, and optimize impactful sales programsAnalyze program performance and implement improvements to maximize customer engagement and platform utilizationSupport the development of executive-level presentationsManage and execute cross-functional programsBuild, maintain, update, and optimize critical Salesforce.com dashboards for key marketing and sales stakeholdersDraw actionable insights from data sets in their most common forms (Excel, Business Objects, Salesforce.com, Tableau)QualificationsBasicBS/BA degree or equivalent in sales experience12+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8+ years and a Master's degreeExperience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and ExcelExperience with Google SuitePreferredExperience designing (or influencing the design) of revenue-producing sales campaigns and/or programs, campaigns, and go-to-market strategiesExperience managing tactical or strategic sales training and programsDemonstrated leadership experience and ability to deliver results with large-scale, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentWork experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, or Sales OperationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated skills to contribute to the development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective waysExperience working on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangiblesWage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $157,500.00 - $254,350.00 base salaryIllinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $151,200.00 - $213,600.00 base salaryWashington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $151,200.00 - $222,450.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for the following:Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals.
