We are looking for a Bakery Operations Support Specialist to join our New Store Opening Support team. This role plays a key part in supporting the successful launch of new franchise bakery locations by providing hands-on assistance across cake, baking, and sandwich stations.Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site operational support for new store openings across baking, cake decoration, and sandwich preparation stations.Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items including breads, pastries, cookies, and cakes according to company recipes and standards.Assist with decorating cakes and other desserts to meet brand presentation guidelines.Support local teams in implementing food safety protocols, quality standards, and hygiene practices.Train and educate store bakery staff and kitchen managers on standard procedures and product quality expectations.Monitor product quality and identify any issues during the store opening phase; escalate concerns and provide actionable recommendations.Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment; ensure equipment is used and maintained properly.Track and report store readiness, training progress, and QC metrics to the HQ team.Conduct inventory checks of ingredients and supplies during the opening period; assist with placing initial orders.Use basic computer tools (Excel or similar platforms) for data entry and reporting during store setup and opening.Requirements:0~2 years of experience in a commercial bakery, pastry kitchen, or food service environmentHands-on experience in baking, cake decoration, or sandwich preparation preferredUnderstanding of basic food safety, hygiene standards, and quality control practicesAbility to travel frequently and support new store openings on-site (domestic travel required)Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to train and support store-level staffComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with varying tasksBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data entry softwareFlexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends during store openings
